The MXIS-VAN mobile x-ray inspection system is a mobile x-ray screening
system that integrates the CXIS-4040 computerized xray inspection system
into a Ford E-450 chassis.This mobile x-ray inspection system includes a
diesel power generator that supports all the utilities on board the
vehicle, including the x-ray machine and the air conditioning in the
operator’s compartment. The MXIS-VAN is built into the cargo
compartment of the FORD E-450 Van. It has opening on both sides of the
van, and enough space for operation and maintenance.Ideal for political
events, sporting events, concerts, VIP security, and other functions
requiring temporary, but advanced security detection capabilities where
security infrastructure may or may not be available. This conveyor based
mobile x-ray screening system has a tunnel opening of 40" (1,016mm)
wide by 40” (1,016mm) high, incorporates a high resolution x-ray
detector array, and latest algorithms to enhance detection and imaging
performance. This x-ray system incorporates a 160kV xray generator and
will penetrate up to 29mm of steel.
